Processing is normally 1-3 business days.
Holiday Shipping can take much longer due to the increased volume of orders received.
Delivery times can take up to 6 business days within the us.

The shelf life of our products vary. They have an approximate shelf life of 1-2 years.
Can I use your products on relaxed hair?
Yes, while our products were formulated for natural hair, they work very well on relaxed hair also.
Do your products contain plthalates?
No, we use phthalate free fragrance oils as well as essential oils to scent our products.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Please contact Customer Service at hello@sproutedcurlies.com to cancel an order. Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once placed.
MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returns.

Do you test on animals?
No, we do not. No cute bunnies, puppies, rats or mice are used when we formulate or test our products. We cannot say the same for humans.
