Shipping is calculated based on weight. Shipping is free on all USA orders $75 and over.
We ship via USPS first class and priority mail which varies in transit time between 1-7 days delivery time. Large packages may ship via FEDEX.
Processing and shipping times
Orders are currently shipping within 1-3 business days but usually ship same day if placed by 12pm EST. Longer shipping times are in effect during sales and holidays.
Currently we only ship within the US.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds are issued only on purchases received damaged. In most cases we will simply just ship you replacements.
Canceling an order
Once your order is placed there is a very small window where your order can be cancelled due to the how fast we ship. Once orders are placed, it is quickly processed and sent to shipping. Once that order status has updated to awaiting shipment it cannot be cancelled because it's already in the hands of our shipping department. Please contact us if you need to cancel an order.
Damaged & lost shipment
We do not replace packages that are lost in the mail. Sprouted Curlies assumes no responsibility for lost items. We ship all packages to the address provided by the customer so we will take no responsibility if you have entered the incorrect address.
We ship via USPS and FEDEX. If your package is lost or rerouted, please contact shipping carrier first with the tracking number we provide to you at the time your order is shipped. They would be better able to serve you in tracking your package as we only have the same information that is available to you. If you're having any issues with USPS or FEDEX please contact our customer care department for further assistance.
Please provide a secure delivery address for your packages. It is wise to have items shipped to a trusted neighbor, friend or relative's address if you feel that your packages will not be safe if left at your door.
Items that are damaged in the mail should be returned to Sprouted Curlies within 10 business days of receipt for exchange. Please contact our customer service for a RAN (return authorization number) before shipping your damaged products back. We do not cover the cost of shipping for damaged items. We will ship them back to you free of charge.
Business days and holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard shipping, orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. To track your order, visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number provided to you.
