There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 for all orders up to $99. Shipping is free on all USA orders $100 and over.
We ship via USPS first class and priority mail which varies in transit time between 1-7 days delivery time.
Processing and shipping times
Orders are currently shipping within 1-3 business days but usually same day if placed by 12pm EST. Longer turnaround times are in effect during sales and holidays.
Currently, we ship to Canada. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $40. Shipping fees are calculated by weight so if fees amount to less than $40, we will refund the excess. In the case that shipping amounts to more than $40 we will bill you for the additional funds
We're sorry, All sales are FINAL. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
No refunds on purchases except for products received damaged.
Canceling an order
Once your order is placed there is a very small window where your order can be cancelled due to the how fast we ship. Once orders are placed, it is quickly processed and sent to shipping. Once that order status has updated to awaiting shipment it cannot be cancelled because it's already in the hands of our shipping department.
Damaged & lost shipment
We do not replace packages that are lost in the mail. Sprouted Curlies assumes no responsibility of lost items. We ship all packages to the address provided by the customer so we will take no responsibility if you have entered the incorrect address.
We ship via USPS. If your package is lost or rerouted, please contact USPS first with the tracking number we provide to you at the time your order is shipped. They would be better able to serve you in tracking your package as we only have the same information that is available to you. If you're having any issues with USPS please contact our customer care department for further assistance.
Please provide a secure delivery address for your packages. It is wise to have items shipped to a trusted neighbor, friend or relative's address if you feel that your packages will not be safe if left at your door.
Items that are damaged in the mail should be returned to Sprouted Curlies within 10 business days of receipt for exchange. Please contact our customer service for a RAN (return authorization number) before shipping your damaged products back. We do not cover the cost of shipping for damaged items. We will ship them back to you free of charge.
Business days and holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 1-3 day priority shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. To track your order, visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number provided to you.
